Deposit Funds
Depositing funds into your Hollywood account is quick and easy.  Besides depositing into your account at any Hollywoodbets branch, there are a number of various online options you can also use. Here are the easy steps in getting money into your account using the Hollywood website:

1. Login to your Hollywoodbets account.
2. Once you've logged in, please click on the red link labelled DEPOSIT (located just beneath the login fields).
3. You will see there are three options to deposit:  CREDIT CARD, BANK DEPOSIT, and PAYFAST. 
4. Depositing funds using your CREDIT CARD is one of the quickest methods.
5. Equally as fast is using our PAYFAST option.  . 
6. The final way to deposit online is to do a BANK TRANSFER.  In order to do a bank transfer you will need Hollywood's bank account details. Hollywood has banks at South Africa's 4 major banks - Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, and ABSA.  Follow the BANK TRANSFER method.
7. If you choose the bank transfer method, you will see it is important that you use your Hollywood account number as the reference. If you are not sure what your Hollywood account number is, .
8. Please give us 10-15 minutes to credit your account. Hollywood's deposit team works 24/7, and will make sure you deposit is credited as soon as possible. If your bank deposit is not reflecting, then please send an email to depositnotification@hollywoodbets.net.
9. We recommend that if you prefer doing a bank transfer, please use our PAYFAST method. It is the same process, but your money is automatically credited to your Hollywood account, and there is no need to send a bank deposit notification.
10. If you use the Credit Card or PayFast method, your account should be credited with your deposit automatically.  If it does not update, please click the refresh button next to your balance at the top right hand side of your screen where you originally logged in.

Withdraw Funds

If you've decided to withdraw funds from your Hollywoodbets account, you can do it either online or at any Hollywoodbets branch (just take your ID document with you)*. However, you can also do it online. Follow these steps 

1. Once you have logged into Hollywoodbets.net, click on the ACCOUNTS link which is just beneath the login field.
   
2. At the top of the page, click on the third tab labelled WITHDRAW.
   
3. You will see there are two fields to fill in. One is the amount you wish to withdraw.  The other is the reference. Please fill in both and click submit.
   
4. If you refresh your balance at the top of the screen, you will see that the funds have been removed from your account.
   
5. Please note that account withdrawals will be paid via EFT to your account.  These are performed from Monday to Friday during banking hours. Clearance periods may vary from bank to bank. Withdrawals requested on weekends will be performed the following Monday.
   
6. If the withdrawal requested does not reflect in your account within 48 hours, please contact our helpline on 087 353 7634, and we will put you in touch with our accounts department.

8. *Remember that you can withdraw funds from your Hollywood account at any Hollywoodbets branch, as long as you have a valid ID document. *However, amounts over R10,000 will only be paid via EFT/Bank Transfer or cash cheque.
                   
   NB: Delays in withdrawals and deposits may vary depending on the time of request.
